MOVE<\/p>\n<p>Selah Foundation for Development shares the call for an External Evaluator within the framework of the project:<\/p>\n<p><strong>MOVE \u2013 Enhancing University Graduates\u2019 Employability through Skills Development and Industry Collaboration in Kurdistan Region of Iraq and Yemen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project is funded by the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) programme and coordinated by UNIMED \u2013 Mediterranean Universities Union.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the External Evaluation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The external evaluation aims to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure quality implementation of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Assess the effectiveness of project management and monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the achievement of project objectives and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Assess the impact of the project on partner universities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations for improving project implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The External Evaluator will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review project documentation and work plans.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the implementation of the Work Packages.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate project deliverables and activities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare interim evaluation reports.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the final evaluation report.<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations for quality improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contract Value<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The total budget allocated for the External Evaluation is: \u20ac8,000 (lump sum for the whole assignment).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants should have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in evaluation of international or higher education projects.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in quality assurance and institutional evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Erasmus+ and Capacity Building in Higher Education projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to produce professional reports in English.<\/li>\n<li>The evaluator must be independent and not affiliated with any partner institution of the MOVE consortium.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application
