On Tuesday morning: 7/9/2021 AD, the selah Foundation for Development signed an agreement to rehabilitate 38 community midwives in Ghail Bin Yamin district, in the presence of the first deputy governor of Hadhramaut, Sheikh Amr bin Habrish Al-Alayi. On the coast of Hadhramaut, and implemented by the Institute of Health Sciences in Mukalla, the rehabilitation of 38 female students from the basic stage with a diploma of a community midwife, for a period of three years, including the educational field and practical application.
After the signing, the First Undersecretary of Hadhramaut Governorate listened to a detailed explanation from the Executive Director of the Foundation, Mr. Ali Hassan Bashmakh, about the mechanism for implementing the community midwives project and its importance in those areas. He was also briefed on the most prominent programs and projects implemented by the Foundation.
At the end of the meeting, the First Undersecretary of Hadhramaut received a commemorative shield from the selah Foundation for Development in appreciation and gratitude for the care and interest of the local authority in its projects and strengthening aspects of partnership with it.
