The Selah Foundation for Development held a training course on writing a document for the program “My profession is in my hand” in its fifth edition in the city of Mukalla

90 organizations from the targeted governorates (Hadhramaut – Aden – Marib – Shabwa) applied to implement the program through the registration link. 36 organizations that met the basic conditions of the program were selected, where they were trained on how to fill out the program document according to the required standards.

It is worth mentioning that 12 organizations will be selected to implement the program from among the organizations present at the governorate level in which the program will be implemented.

During the session, which was attended by the Executive Director of the Selah Foundation for Development, Mr. Ali Bashmakh, he stressed that the Foundation, based on its strategic objectives, pays great attention to human development, as the Foundation has implemented, over the past four years, the “My profession is in my hands” program, and every year the program is developed and better services are provided to the beneficiaries

In the past four seasons, he added, more than 2,000 young men and women were trained on vocational and handicraft courses in more than 102 courses, and 800 of them were able to go out to the labor market, and 750 professional tool kits were distributed and 35 small projects were funded.

He pointed out that the program in its fifth edition will be characterized by financing successful projects through the establishment of a fund to finance small projects in full.
