We contributed to reducing the 48% unemployment rate among young people and women by enabling them by creating sustainable jobs and achieving equality among them to get more to decent work and productive employment and focused on the most vulnerable groups among young people and women by building their professional capabilities and strengthening their skills in microcredit management and by new and innovative tools and programs.
